Rep. Bonamici tours Meals on Wheels People center: 'There's a need for these programs'

Oregon congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici met with seniors who eat at the Meals on Wheels People center in Beaverton.

Rep. Bonamici says she wanted to hear firsthand how people are benefitting from the program, as well as see how much they care about it.

"Every day in this country 10,000 people turn 65, and people are living longer. So there's a need for these programs," said Bonamici.
