Congressional Youth Advisory Council
The Congressional Youth Advisory Council (CYAC) offers students in Oregon's First Congressional District a unique opportunity to engage directly with Representative Suzanne Bonamici and her office while helping shape conversations around the issues that matter most to students. Through meetings with the Congresswoman, congressional staff, and expert guests, participants will gain meaningful insight into civic engagement and public service.
As a senior member of the House Education and Workforce Committee, Congresswoman Bonamici is committed to expanding access to a strong public education that supports academic success, critical thinking, and lifelong opportunity. CYAC empowers the next generation of leaders by creating a platform for students to share their perspectives, strengthen their leadership skills, and become more engaged members of their communities.
