Bonamici Announces Six Town Hall Meetings in October

September 24, 2019

WASHINGTON, DC [9/24/19] – Today Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (OR-01) announced six town hall meetings across the First Congressional District, which includes Washington, Yamhill, Clatsop, and Columbia counties and part of Multnomah County.

Bonamici will answer questions from residents and provide an update about her work in Congress. The town hall meetings will be in Cornelius, Sheridan, Scappoose, Portland, Gearhart, and Beaverton. The Cornelius town hall meeting will offer simultaneous Spanish interpretation.

"Constituent input informs the work I do, including taking action on the climate crisis, addressing student loan debt, and making sure everyone can access affordable health care," said Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici. "I look forward to discussing these and many other issues at my fall town hall meetings, and I encourage all residents of Northwest Oregon to join the conversation."

Members of Bonamici's staff will be at the town hall meetings to assist anyone who is experiencing problems with federal agencies such as the VA, Social Security Administration, or IRS.
