Bonamici Statement on Fallen Seaside Police Officer

Today, Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (OR-01) made the following statement after a Seaside, OR police officer was shot and killed.

"Tragically, a Seaside police officer was killed last night in the line of duty," said Congresswoman Bonamici. "Every day, police officers in Oregon and around the country protect our communities and safeguard our peaceful way of life. Sergeant Goodding gave the ultimate sacrifice to keep our community safe. Our thoughts are with his family, the Seaside police department, and the entire coastal community."
