Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (OR-01) helped usher through the bipartisan reauthorization of the Older Americans Act (OAA), which passed the House of Representatives. For more than 50 years, OAA programs have delivered nutritional and social services to millions of seniors, but the last authorization of the bill expired in 2011.
