Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (OR-01) released the following statement after the House of Representatives passed a bill to fund the government through September 2015.
Hillsboro, OR – Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (OR-01) highlighted the benefits of shopping local today while visiting stores in downtown Hillsboro on Small Business Saturday.
Hillsboro City Council President Aron Carleson joined Congresswoman Bonamici, and the two met business owners and spoke with shoppers who were out on the annual shopping holiday.
Portland, OR – Oregon Senators Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden and Congressman Kurt Schrader today spoke with the Commandant of the Coast Guard and got assurance from him that the November 30th date previously set for the closure of the Newport helicopter facility would be extended to December 15th.
