WASHINGTON – U.S. Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, D-Ore., says the House of Representatives must begin an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump's actions.

In a statement released Wednesday morning, Bonamici said she is gravely concerned about the growing evidence of Trump's possible impeachable offenses. The examples she refers to include obstruction of justice, committing human rights violations by separating children from their families, and profiting from the presidency.

The Oregon Democrat stopped short of that during a town hall meeting last month in Hillsboro, saying only that House committees should continue to press their investigations of him and his administration.
