An attorney's video showed federal immigration officials as they arrested a man inside the Multnomah County Courthouse on Friday, drawing renewed attention to the longstanding but controversial practice of making arrests when people show up for unrelated court business.

Bonamici began her visit to the city late Wednesday afternoon, April 24, with a tour of the Clatskanie Cultural Center. She then met in the upstairs ballroom with county and city officials where Clatskanie Mayor Bob Brajcich outlined his concerns.
"Education is number one for our city," he said. "That's the most important thing."

The town hall is the sixth and last of her spring schedule of town talls in her district. It will be held at the Clatskanie Cultural Center, Birkenfeld Theatre, 75 S. Nehalem St.
